Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend canceling orders as early as possible to ensure the request can be processed before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Sale items may be refunded at the purchase price. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For credit card payments, it may take additional 2-3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. For PayPal payments, please check your PayPal account balance as refunds are typically processed immediately. We recommend keeping all communication regarding your refund for reference.
